Is This Program Right For Me?

If you're looking to lose inches from your waistline and feel good in your body as you navigate perimenopause or menopause, then you're in the right place!

Belly Fat to Belly Fit is a group program for women in mid-life who are looking for support, and to support each other, in fat loss, better physical and mental health, and feeling good in their bodies.

I'll be leading the group each week with strategies on stress, sleep, food and eating, exercise, and more. Between sessions you'll be able to exchange with others, keep each other accountable, and make new connections.


What do I get with this program?

The Belly Fat to Belly Fit program includes...

  • My best strategies for reducing or preventing belly fat, in the areas of food, exercise, sleep, stress, and others.
  • Weekly, live coaching calls over six months where I'll present these strategies, provide coaching to help get over obstacles, and create space for connection.
  • Three 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with me, at key times during the six months.
  • A Facebook group will be created for support, connection, and encouragement, as well as a place to ask questions between weekly calls. We can also choose to connect on other platforms.
  • Monthly self-evaluations will help you track your progress and keep you accountable. This can include your waistline measurements, as well as other things like eating habits, exercise habits, sleep, and how you're managing stress.
  • Access to my live online Yoga classes, and my vault of recorded classes

When is this program happening?

The Belly Fat to Belly Fit group coaching program is starting Wednesday, September 14th. Each week we'll meet live through Zoom at 7pm Eastern Time (I'm in Montreal, Canada) for about an hour. Sessions will be recorded but the real benefit is in showing up live. The program lasts for six months, until March 2023. Imagine all you could get done in six months!


How Much Does The Program Cost?

As this is the first time I'm offering Belly Fat to Belly Fit as a group program, it will be at a special introductory price of $1500 ($250 per month) + taxes.

Meet Debbie.

She's an certified ACC life coach and registered yoga teacher living in beautiful Montreal, Canada.

Here specialty is helping women over 40 lose belly fat, as well as get healthier and feel their best as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and all the lifestyle changes mid-life can bring.

Debbie also has a background as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, as well as mom to three young adults. 

In her free time, she enjoys running with an awesome group of friends, cooking vegetarian fare, and cuddling up with her new puppy, Xena.
