Belly Fit Yoga is a blend of strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, and relaxation.

It's not about creating a flat belly, it's about creating a healthy belly. Less belly fat means less risk of heart disease and diabetes. It can mean a longer, healthier life for you.

This Yoga practice offers you a gentle way to lose belly fat, gain fitness, better balance your changing hormones, and get to know yourself in a deeper way.

Strength Yoga postures help strengthen your muscles, including your core, making daily movement easier. Not to mention all exercise, including yoga, helps increase your feel-good hormones which help relieve stress, a significant factor in belly fat.

Balance Your body and mind work together in the Yoga postures to create balance. Physical balance and mental focus are key to self awareness and staying consistent with fat loss.

Relaxation Yoga is an opportunity to let go of stress and anxiety, breathe, and just be you in that moment. Stress relief reduces cortisol and allows for a reduction in belly fat.

Supportive Community Although we're meeting online, these classes are an opportunity to connect with others at this socially distant time. Feeling socially connected helps us thrive and release those feel-good hormones to counter-act stress.

Classes are taught online using Zoom

It's simple. Here are the details:

  • Belly Fit classes are on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm for 60 minutes, and Tuesday mornings at 7am for 30 minutes (that's Eastern time.)
  • SUMMER YOGA is underway! Classes will go up until August 31st, and the price is just 69$ CAD (pay by credit card through Paypal, or send my a message if you prefer to pay by etransfer.)
  • Once you're signed up, you'll receive a Welcome Email from me, and then a Zoom link will be sent to your before each class.... No need to have a Zoom account.
  • All classes will be recorded, just in case you can't make it live
  • Exceptionally this summer, MOST classes will be live, but a few will be recordings only... I'll be taking a few days off :)
  • Get comfy on your mat and I'll see you in your first class soon!

About Me

I'm Debbie and I'm a certified life coach and yoga teacher living in beautiful Montreal, Canada.

I help women over 45 lose belly fat, as well as get healthier and feel their best as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and all the lifestyle changes mid-life can bring.

I'm also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, as well as mom to three young adults. 

In my free time, I enjoy running with an awesome group of friends (can't wait to start that up again post-covid!), cooking vegetarian fare, and cuddling up with my family and mini-schnauzer, Amber.
